Help-desk support

Requests for help concerning the resource and services should be directed to the local resource support staff by sending an e-mail to:

support@norstore.no

This will generate a request ticket and will be answered as soon as possible. The history and status of a ticket can be tracked on this website. Working hours for the support staff is normal working hours (8-16) on work days. No support is guarenteed on weekends or official holidays.

Advanced user support

If you would like assistance that goes beyond regular help-desk support and which requires specific skills and considerable time (exceeding one working day) to be solved, then NorStore offers ways to apply for advanced support.
